Website User Agreement
1. General provisions of the document
This “User Agreement” constitutes an offer by Quantum Edge L.L.C-FZ (hereinafter, the “Rightsholder”) to conclude a paid contract for information and consulting services by submitting an application and reserving a training course under the terms set out below. Please read the terms of this User Agreement carefully before you begin using the Service. If you do not agree with the terms of this Agreement and the Mandatory Documents referenced herein, or if you do not have the right to enter into an agreement on their basis, you should immediately cease any use of the Service.
1.1. The following terms and definitions are used in this document and in the relations of the Parties arising from or connected with it:
a) Service — a set of functional features of the Rightsholder’s software and hardware tools, including the Website and the Content, to which the User is granted access for the purposes of information services.
b) Website — an automated information system available on the Internet at the address (including subdomains) www.edge-q.com
c) User — you and/or another person on whose behalf you have concluded this Agreement with the Rightsholder in accordance with applicable law and this Agreement.
d) Content — any informational materials, including textual, graphic, audiovisual and other materials accessible by using the Service.
1.2. Your use of this Service is possible in any manner and in any form within its declared functional features, including:
- viewing Content within the Service;
- subscribing to an informational newsletter;
- sending a message using online forms on the Website;
- contacting the Website’s support service using the details posted on the Website;
- submitting an application to reserve a selected training course using online forms on the Website;
- making payment for ordered or received services via the resource specified on the Website.
1.3. By using any of the above Service capabilities, you confirm that:
a) You have read the terms of this Agreement and the Mandatory Documents referenced herein in full before starting to use the Service.
b) You accept all the terms of this Agreement and the Mandatory Documents referenced herein in full and without any exceptions or limitations on your part, and you undertake to comply with them or to stop using the Service.
2. General terms of Service use:
2.1. A mandatory condition for concluding this Agreement is the User’s full and unconditional acceptance and compliance, in the cases specified below, with the requirements and provisions set forth in the following documents (the “Mandatory Documents”):
a) The Privacy Policy, posted and/or available on the Internet at https://www.edge-q.com/privacy-policy , which contains the rules for providing and using confidential information, including the User’s personal data.
2.2. The Rightsholder has the right to set limits and introduce other technical restrictions on the use of the Service, which will be communicated to Users from time to time in the form and manner chosen by the Rightsholder.
3. Restrictions
By agreeing to the terms of this Agreement, you understand and acknowledge that:
3.1. The provisions of consumer protection law do not apply to the Parties’ relations in the provision of the Service on a free-of-charge basis.
3.2. The Service is provided for information and consulting purposes on an “as is” basis; therefore, Users are not given any warranties that the Service will meet all of the User’s requirements; the services will be provided uninterruptedly (other than within the schedule/timetable established by the Rightsholder), promptly, reliably, and without errors; the results that may be obtained using the Service will be accurate and reliable; the quality of any product, service, information, and Content obtained using the Service will meet the User’s expectations; all errors in the Content and/or in the Service software will be corrected.
3.3. Since the Service is in a state of continuous enhancement and updating of new features, the form and nature of the services provided may change from time to time without prior notice to the User. The Rightsholder has the right, at its own discretion, to discontinue (temporarily or permanently) the provision of services (or any separate features within the services) to all Users in general or to you in particular, without prior notice to you, unless otherwise provided in a written contract with the User.
3.4. The User is not entitled, independently or with the involvement of third parties, to:
- copy (reproduce) in any form and by any means computer programs and databases, including any of their elements, and Content included in the Rightsholder’s Service without obtaining the prior written consent of their owner;
- disclose technology, emulate, decompile, disassemble, decrypt, or perform other similar actions with the Service;
- create software products and/or services using the Service without obtaining the prior consent of the Rightsholder.
3.5. If you detect errors in the operation of the Service or in the Content posted on it, please notify the Rightsholder at the address specified in the details or separately on the Website for the support service.
4. Notices
4.1. The User agrees to receive from the Rightsholder informational electronic messages (“notifications”) at the email address and/or telephone number you provided when working with the Service.
4.2. The Rightsholder has the right to use notifications to inform the User about changes and new features of the Service, about changes to the Agreement or the Mandatory Documents referenced therein, as well as for informational or promotional mailings.
5. Other terms
5.1. This Agreement may be amended or terminated by the Rightsholder unilaterally without prior notice to the User and without any compensation in connection therewith.
5.2. The current version of this Agreement is posted on the Rightsholder’s Website and is available on the Internet at https://www.edge-q.com/user-terms
